After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2014, I was surprised to discover that many store-bought Italian seasoning packets and dressings weren’t truly gluten-free, often due to shared manufacturing facilities and potential cross-contamination. Concerned about safety, I began researching and decided to create my own blend using simple, all-natural ingredients stored right in my spice cabinet.

With strong Italian roots on my father’s side—where Sunday family meals were a cherished tradition—I felt both inspired and challenged to get the flavor right. It had to meet the standards of the recipes I grew up with.

After years of refining the recipe, I’ve created an Italian Seasoning blend that captures those classic flavors while remaining as allergy-friendly as possible. It contains no unnecessary ingredients, just clean, familiar herbs the whole family can enjoy.
