After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I started closely reading labels and discovered my favorite beef bouillon wasn’t gluten-free—and was packed with chemicals, fillers, seed oils, and vague “natural flavors.”
What started as curiosity quickly became necessity. After launching our Chicken Ramen Seasoning at the Gluten-Free Expo in Utah (October 2022), I learned the bouillon I was using contained corn, soy, and seed oils—ingredients many customers couldn’t have. That was a turning point.
I searched for a clean, allergy-friendly beef bouillon made with real ingredients and found nothing that met the standard. So I decided to create one.
After a year of working with chefs and food scientists, we developed a rich, flavorful formula made with clean ingredients and mineral-rich sea salt, with no unnecessary additives.
